Paula and Bill were incredibly helpful and kind hosts. We were able to bring our little dog with us and there was a designated area for them to take a walk. the hotel's location near the city center was perfect, and we also enjoyed the nearby Roland's Wood park where we could let our dog off leash. the pool at the hotel was a great amenity. the kitchen in our apartment was extremely well-equipped and the decor was fresh and invigorating. We felt right at home with plenty of storage and comfortable accommodations.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. I also loved the amazing shower products provided, which left my hair feeling soft and clean. The hotel's proximity to town was within walking distance, and I enjoyed meeting other guests and receiving friendly and helpful service from the staff. it was a good stay and I would highly recommend it.

we loved comfort and rooms and everything supplied for our holiday. a cool bonus was nearby the village cafe, that offered tea and coffee. nothing too much trouble, we would definitely go again if in kerikeri.

The apartment was lovely with location near the shops and the township and supermarket and town. Exceptional service, everything was great. We really enjoyed the venue and its great and stunning setting.

This place is absolutely amazing! When I walked into my room, I couldn't help but smile. The decor is so charming and delightful, it instantly lifted my mood. The wheelchair-friendly features, like the open shower and bathroom rails, were a thoughtful touch. The daily room service is a nice bonus, and the free fast WiFi made staying connected a breeze. The queen size bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a single bed in the lounge was perfect for my needs. The full Sky TV and freshly ground plunger coffee were the cherry on top of an already fabulous stay. I couldn't be happier!

Personally, I would have preferred a separate bathroom instead of just a shower in the petite studio. But hey, that's just me!

Location, it is situated right in Town

Travelled with my pet and everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable and close to the town center. Moreover, it was very close to Kerikeri or surrounding areas, Northland and an amazing established forest.

Bill the owner was awesome! The service Bill gave us was exceptional, he looked after us from the moment we arrived. The apartments were beautifully renovated and well-appointed.

Lovely apartment with everything you want near to beaches, Kerikeri or surrounding areas for work or leisure and the stone store and the various waterfall walkways. Its location is great, 5 minutes drive from a single-drop waterfall. We 100% recommend this property for summer holidays.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment. the location was perfect, with easy access to local amenities, eateries, and tourist attractions. the interior decor was stunning, and the beds were comfortable. the apartment was clean and well-designed, with a spacious lounge area. the owner, Bill, was very helpful and provided us with useful local information. the kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved the patio to relax on.

That our room was next to a busy road, and it was slightly noisy at night.
